Owner, Heather Cocozza, PMP, CPO® is an Organizing & Productivity Consultant who has a passion for helping people improve the quality of their work and personal lives. She works with clients to initiate and complete the overwhelming projects in their offices and homes related to physical and digital organization. She also focuses on personal and team productivity.Cocozza is currently the President of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) Washington DC (WDC) Chapter. She was NAPO-WDC Volunteer of the Year 2011-2012, and on the Board of Directors for NAPO-WDC 2007-2008, 2009-2010. She currently teaches webinars classes for NAPO and was selected as a speaker for the 2017 NAPO National Conference.
Heather initially gained a reputation as an organizer while working 13 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM as an ERP project manager, where she organized and managed large-scale, complex computer systems integration. Since beginning her own small business, she has taken on volunteer leadership roles to help organize youth sports with the most recent being Chair of the Arlington County Sports Commission which advises the Arlington County Board.
Heather is a graduate of The American University, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO®).
